About
On the college campus, there’s a tendency to revel in the archives, to claim that all facets of the university were better in the old days. Everywhere the undergraduate goes, people have treaded before; the academy is a live museum. Take a walk around any quadrangle, and there are the ghosts of men trading three-piece suits for letter jackets, women dolling up in sundresses for home economics. Professors lectured, students listened, and that was that. The college campus didn’t just exist as black-and-white photos, either, but it sure does look cool that way.
